Lead generation manager

- Search for partners.
- Working closely with the business development manager.
- Setting up and managing automation tools (search, enrichment, validation), execution of automated flows (LinkedIn, email).
- Establish active written communication and engage with prospects (LinkedIn, email) to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Pre-qualify leads.
- Constantly monitor and manage progress in CRM/reporting documents.
- Define and test new hypotheses, research and implement outbound sales best practices.

- Advanced/Fluent written English.
- Experience in Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi, Traditional Fintech.
- Practical understanding of business development principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with automated lead generation tools.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of basic marketing processes.
- Team player.

Nice to have:
- Experience working with the HubSpot, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Dropcontact, Zapier / TexAu, Pipedrive, Skylead / Expandi.
- Public speaking experience.
