Senior Recruiter m/w/d (offline)

Your Responsibilities:
- Active Sourcing (Passive Applicants)
- Reviewing incoming applications (Active Applications)
- Interviewing candidates to assess their fit
- Pitching the company's story and mission
- Building a great place to work
- Making all candidates think positive about Qubit9, even though they might not be a good fit
- Designing tempting and efficient recruiting processes
- Applying proper aptitude testing approaches
- Consulting managers on recruiting activities
- Supporting with all recruiting relevant matters
- Writing job descriptions
- Scheduling all the interviews and coordinating all recruiting activities
- Doing AB testing to improve your working approach based on data
- Working clean and creating proper documentation in our ATS about your work
- Monitoring recruiting activities


You should bring:
1) Good skills and relevant experience in active sourcing
2) Experience in hands-on recruiting/interviewing (preferable in the tech/software area)
3) Being passionate and intrinsic motivated
4) Working responsible, reliable, and precise - every candidate is a possible ambassador
5) Knowledge about 360° recruiting processes and how to design those
6) Solid background in working and applying various aptitude testing approaches
7) Open and approachable personality
8 Empathetic and goal-driven interactional work behavior
9) Experience working with a mid or high-complex ATS (like Lever, Greenhouse, workday ATS)
10) Good excel/spreadsheet experience and analytical thinking
11) Understanding basic scientific-analytical principles
12) Consultant or recruitment agency experience is a plus
13) Technical ability and interest, potentially own coding experience or similar is a plus
