Account manager (offline)

Requirements:
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (at least Intermediate level);
• Demonstrable ability to communicate with clients via Outlook, and also the ability to speak fluently with clients via Skype or any other programs if needed;
• Solid experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Would be a plus:
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role;
• Experience working in accounting programs (e.g. 1C).

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with the clients via Outlook and send them invoices and reports every month or every two weeks;
• Work in an accounting program and keep records of company’s expenses and income;
• Enter data in CRM-system (hours spent while working on the projects, invoices that were sent to the clients, etc.);
• Take care of the invoices that are sent to suppliers;
• Preparation of acceptance-delivery acts and collection of the clients’ signatures.
