Excellent reading and writing skills, good knowledge of grammar Advanced level English
Good communication skills
Attention to details
Experience as a Customer Support Manager with English-speaking customers will be a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

Handling morning shifts (07:00 - 15:00 pm)
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use our service
Perform operational tasks in our CRM system
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Accomplishing customer support KPI.
