IT Recruiter (Poland / Warsaw) (offline)

We coordinate projects with our dedicated development teams due to the productive collaboration between our Project/Account Managers, Recruiters and foreign customers.
You are going to do full-cycle recruiting activities, working with the variety of IT job vacancies from Web to AI directions.

Responsibilities:
-Providing a full-cycle of recruitment process;
-Drawing up requirements for vacancies;
-Searching and selection of IT specialists using different search channels;
-Interviewing the candidates with Project/Account Managers and technical specialists;
-Offering suitable candidates.

Requirements:
-1+ years of IT recruiting experience on Poland labor market;
-Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies;
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
-Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
-Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
-Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
-Strong claim management skills;
-Upper-Intermediate English level or higher;
-Good sense of humor and a desire to work in a team.

Would be a plus:
-Speaking or understanding of ukrainian or russian.
