Learning Development Specialist

We are looking for Learning Development Specialist

Job Description:
- Events coordination experience;
- Communication skills both written and spoken;
- Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a challenging environment;
- Fluent English;

Responsibilities:
- Working with stakeholders to analyze training needs;
- Creating and updating training plan for the location;
- Searching for external or internal trainers;
- Consulting trainers and trainees on workflow;
- Fulfilling training events logistics;
- Storing training materials;
- Maintaining L&D data for the location;
- Collecting PR materials on training programs and initiatives;
- Collecting registration and feedback from attendees and other stakeholders;
