Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Looking for Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist - C&B Methodology - remote possible or Kiev.

Responsibilities:
• Design and review on regular basis materials, policies and procedures within scope of expertise area (Base Salary, Bonuses, LTI, Benefits etc.)
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions for Stakeholders while implementing changes to existing processes or implementing new processes within scope of expertise
• Provide advice on difficult cases in the area of expertise
• Design and maintain Corporate RSS (Role - Seniority - Specialization) library
• Maintain top management ranking (TMR) model, conduct annual review

Mandatory Skills Description:
Office Pack, Compensation and Benefits, Processes design, HR Databases, Analytical Skills, Microsoft Excel, Presentation Skills, Strong command of English

Nice-to-Have Skills:
experience in big international companies with global or regional responsibility, work in Big 4 consulting companies
