Account Management Team Leader (GameDev)

Now we are growing rapidly and looking for Account Management Team Leader to join the team.

Main task pool:
- Building systematic processes of business-client interactions in the company;
- Working closely with Head of Production, Project Managers and Team Leads to create the flows that ensure customer happiness;
- Working as a Client Success Partner with the company’s most important account or accounts;
- Decision making in critical situations related to the company’s key accounts;
- Driving the team to improve the client retention metrics.

Skills you need to perform the tasks efficiently:
- 3 yr+ experience in Account Management with proven track of record and KPI achievement;
- At least 1 year in team leadership;
- Work experience in the gaming industry with the B2B focus related to game production services outsourcing (1-2 yrs);
- Genuine love for games and some knowledge of the game industry - being a gamer is a plus! 🙂
- Excellent fluent English;
- Customer focus, excellent and friendly communication style;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate your own thoughts;
- Ability to be empathetic and get the message across to customers in a win-win condition;
- Time management skills, high level of responsibility;
-being ready to constantly learn and improve the problem solving and negotiation skills.
