Hey! ITH is growing and right now we are looking for a Sales Development Representative. As a SDR you will work closely with the SDRs and Marketing team within specific business domains in order to achieve conversion targets.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience as SDR or sales manager;
- Ability to unlock opportunities, frame a value proposition and remove obstacles;
- Understanding of sales and lead generation principles, methods, practices, and techniques;
- Proven successful conversion cases;
- Experience in building successful conversion strategies and meeting the KPIs;
- Hands-on experience with CRM Pipedrive, Snov.io, Dripify;
- Familiarity with US market;
- English.
- Cold email outreach

Responsibilities:

- Deploying and analyzing SDR conversion strategies;
- SDR processes analysis and improvement;
- Working on identifying new opportunities areas;
- Building expertise across various industry segments;
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to stakeholders;
- Working on the conversion from normal replies to MQLs.
