Junior Employer Branding Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and fast-learning Junior Employer Branding Specialist to join our team due to the constant growth of the company.

What We'll Expect From You:
- 1+ year of relevant experience;
- knowledge of Branding, Digital Marketing or other related field;
- excellent copywriting skills;
- analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- strong communication and team playing skills;
- initiative with a willingness to bring new ideas to life;
- be organized and self-motivated;
- fast learning and self development;
- upper Intermediate level of English.

What You'll Do:
- creating identify and propose new activities to build brand awareness and candidates attraction;
- creating marketing texts for advertising campaigns, email marketing, quizzes etc.;
- work with lots of digital tools;
- work with an email base of potential candidates;
- controlling email marketing metrics.
