What we're looking for

- Be an early stage maker of our multi-sports NFT platform with the ambition to engage millions of sports fans around the world.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to establish JSON/GraphQL based APIs.
- Provide assistance to QA to ensure the product is properly tested and bug-free.
- Be reactive when confronted with unfamiliar technical patterns or unpredictable situations.
- Be a good communicator who can collaborate well with other non-technical functions (e.g. Product, Design, Business).
- Not be afraid to try new technologies to solve new and challenging problems.
- Not be afraid of taking ownership of your projects and making a difference.

Requirements

- 5+ yrs. demonstrated excellence in backend engineering on distributed systems with GO as the main language
- Comfortable with CI/CD (preferably Github Actions), and Docker containers.
- Strong understanding of application and API security.
- Knowledgeable with microservice and async/reactive/event-driven architectures.
- Knowledgeable with the serverless environment (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions or Cloud Run).
- Knowledgeable with NoSQL databases and ElasticSearch.
- Demonstrated technical design capabilities, architecting complex technical features despite changing product requirements.
- Ability to work in peer programming, and to mentor other developers in the team.
- Fluent English speaker.
