Head of Project Manager (PM Team Lead) (offline)

We are looking for a Project Manager for leading and expanding the team. Our environment fosters new ideas, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to learn and work closely with top specialists.

Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience;
— Strong client-oriented experience;
— Risk management;
— Experience in outstaffing advantage;
— Hands-on position, will take one-two projects
— Tech project management experience
— People management experience more than 5 people
— Conflict management;
— Management of expectations;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Acts as coach/mentor for Scrum team and client;
— Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, poker planning, story points estimation, velocity tracking;
— Organizational, time management, and decision-making skills;
— Jira user experience;
— English Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:
— Obtain SCRUM Master role on the project, driving SCRUM events;
— Delivers scaled agile software product projects within the constraints of scope, time, and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organization’s project management framework;
— Provide high-quality risk analysis; track, act upon, and communicate risks properly to your clients and team;
— Effectively manage project team conflicts, build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, and commitment to make decisions;
— Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring members are motivated and developing their skills and experience;
— Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan;
— Participate in pre-sale and up-sale on your current account;
— Cooperation with the recruitment team, candidate analysis, and prioritization. Interviewing of new team members together with technical interviewers and recruiters.
