Junior Project Manager (offline)

UATECH team needs a Junior Project Manager.
It will be great if you are into the topic of web 3.0.

Main responsibilities:
1. Meetings organization (creation of an agenda, follow-ups, coordination of calendars);
2. Administration of long-term and short-term tasks of the fund in CRM (setting, monitoring, fixing results);
3. Assisting the managing partner (business trip organizing, searching for information, administering tasks in CRM and calendar);
4. Formation of reports and presentations;
5. Administration of fund documents (storage/preparation for signing in DocuSign, systematization);
6. Organization and administration of events and trips;
7. Coordination of work of contractors, control of budgets (design/SMM/PR, etc.).

Required experience and skills:
1. Upper-Intermediate English;
2. Knowledge of project management/personal assistants in IT, web 3.0;
3. Experience in marketing, understanding the basics of DIGITAL marketing;
4. Deep understanding of how to organize working meetings (agendas/follow-ups);
5. Сonfident user of CRM systems/task tools;
6. Basic knowledge and understanding of business documentation (administration/storage/preparation for signing).
