Head of Product

We are Develux, a fast developing IT company which has operated in the US market since 2014. We have 200 + goal-oriented, passionate specialists about what they do and are open to new challenges. Looking for skilled Head of Product for one of our main product - SkillHub (CV writting).

Responsibilities:

- Formation and implementation of product goals
- Drawing up a road-map together with product managers and other managers of individual teams
- Work on improving full product funnel (from website to consumer marketplace platform)
- Improving ARPU and bringing the product to profit
- Launch of new services within the main product
- Working closely with the development, marketing, sales and support team,
- Team selection, team management
- Ensure a continuous successful development of the product
- Drive feature development from ideation to launch

Requirements:

- 4+ years experience in product management role
- 7 years of experience in digital
- Previous experience with IT products
- Understanding Internet Marketing: SEO, PPC, ORM
- Understanding and experience working with developers
- Strong analytical skills: knowledge of product and business metrics
- Experience in formulating and testing product hypotheses
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
- Effective communicator
- Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment

Will be a plus:

- Experience in growing a product from 0 profit will be a big plus
