French speaking recruiter

We are looking for French speaking recruiter to join our team remotely. Our company, based in Switzerland, develops software for many clients in central and northern Europe. We are ready to hire a student without experience. The most important is your desire to learn and develop in this profession.

Main tasks:
- Analyse the job descriptions received from the main Swiss companies;
- Search for French-speaking candidates who suit the vacancy with the help of different tools;
- Maintain candidates in a database.

Requirements:
- Interested in recruitment, sourcing and the IT world. Previous experience is not required;
- French is a must (upper-intermediate+);
- English and experience in recruitment/ researching is a plus.

Conditions:
- Full time remote work (working hours 9am - 6pm);
- 20 day of vacations per year, 5 days of paid sick leaves, Ukrainian public holidays off;

- Initial training with travel to Switzerland.
