DevOps Engineer (Automotive Manufacturing)

We invite a seasoned DevOps Engineer to participate in an Automotive Manufacturing project. It is a sound opportunity to join early and influence the technology selection, design, and ownership of the infrastructure.

Important — there will half-year business trip to Sweden.

Customer:
Our client is a multinational manufacturer of luxury vehicles. The company manufactures SUVs, station wagons, and sedans. Thus, you will drive the roadmap and implementation of Configuration Management for R&D and support with accelerating the developers.

Project:
We develop a solution for Configuration Management direction. It is a great opportunity to work in a big team with high-level seniority. Our main objectives include producing, writing firmware for the system, developing the server part, and releasing the application.

Requirements:
M.Sc. in Electrical and/or Software Engineering, Computer Engineering
Automation Python, Bash, Batch, Groovy, or Shell
Solid knowledge and understanding of the fundamental concepts of CI/CD, understanding of disciplined methods in the design, development, debugging, and test of software programs
Experience of continuous integration infrastructure tool for software development (Jenkins, Zuul, and similar)
Experience in relevant tools and techniques (Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and automate Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines for software delivery, including test automation frameworks
Continuously improve speed, efficiency, scalability, and stability of continuous integration system and environment
Design and implement visualization of development status to create transparency and enable appropriate actions
Help capture demand, and trends from development teams in IT
