Relocation to Georgia or Georgia-based candidates

Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end execution of email campaigns in Marketo, including targeting, campaign buildout, Q&A, and A/B testing.
Manage existing marketing databases and datasets.
Monitor send results and report on core KPIs to help identify areas of improvement.
Work with the Demand Gen team in brainstorming ways to optimize campaigns.
Lead efforts in ensuring data accuracy by conducting audits and clearly communicating data and segmentation criteria.
Successfully leverage both strong project management skills and the ability to think/problem-solve analytically, especially as it relates to the utilization of data to meet direct marketing objectives.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience working within an email automation system (Marketo strongly preferred) for email creation, segmenting, and campaign-setup.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Very strong attention to detail.
A fast and capable learner who has a passion for constantly improving your skills.
Ability to multitask, set measurable objectives, and manage defined timelines.
Ability to adapt to the quickly changing pace of a dynamic environment.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
Positive attitude, proud of work, driven, with a strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment and with users, executives, clients, and vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advantages:

Expertise and experience using Salesforce.com.
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics or comparable business degree.
