Junior Recruiter

Technorely are looking for a Recruiter to join your team! Flexible work schedule, full-remote, ability to learn and grow.

We are looking for a Recruiter with:
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter
- Good knowledge of sourcing strategies, boolean, x-ray search
- Understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches
- Successful experience of closing technical positions of junior/middle/senior levels (JS direction preferable)
- Presentation skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Will be a plus: proactive and willing to develop

English: Intermediate
