Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager

Position requirements

Prior Human Resources experience preferred, including significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs.
Strong project management, analytical, organisational and excel skills are essential.
Exceptional attention to detail is required for this role.
The ability to set realistic deadlines and expectations is a skill that is required for this role.
Position responsibilities

Developing Reward and Benefits strategy on local and international markets
Ensuring Performance Management System are connected to C&B strategy
Reviewing Grading System
Digitalizing People systems
Overseeing policies, reporting & analytics
Collaborating with team to contribute to culture and organization design management
Managing people surveys
