•Eliciting requirements
•Perform “discovery” and project initiation activities
•Understand business processes and ultimately uncover and refine opportunities by applying the user-centered approach
•Perform data analysis using internal data supplemented with data from third parties
•Work with the development team(s) and business lines to support project delivery and the execution of requirements
