Automation QA (Python) Engineer to $2800

We are looking for a talented Automation QA engineer for the fast-growing project Siklu is a reliable provider of mmWave technologies for various clients around the world. If you want to work in a team of professionals and contribute to the development of a cool product

Siklu Communications is a pioneer and a leader in the mmWave (60GHz — V Band, 70/80GHz — E Band) market since 2008. The product is already 12 years old, 5 of which our team has been successfully helping to develop it. Siklu is a trusted provider of mmWave technology for various customers around the world. We are engaged in the production of network equipment, as an example - devices, like routers, but which operate over a long distance at frequencies of 60-80 GHz.

Requirements:

— At least 2 years’ experience in development of product testing, manufacturing, automation tools.
— Knowledge Python, PyTest
— Experience in analyzing large and diverse systems, understanding of QA processes and procedures
— Experience with tools like Jenkins and Git
— Background in developing test automation infrastructure and/or automating tests
— Demonstrated testing experience (Test Definition & Execution) in the following fields: Integration, Performance, Stress
— Intermediate+ level of written and verbal English communication skills
— Great team skills, ability to work with customers and teammates

Nice to have:

— Experience with Linux & shell scripting
— Understanding networking
— Knowledge of networking protocols
— Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Information Systems,Electrical and Computer Engineering) or related field of study

Responsibilities:

— Develop Testing & Automation SW tools from the ground up, interfacing to various systems and tests (Python-based)
— Work closely with developers to create and maintain a state of the art system tests
— Define, develop and execute testing plans with deep system knowledge and understanding
