Financial analyst

PAYDO opens up new opportunities for international online financial transactions to merchants, private entrepreneurs, merchants, freelancers, and other professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Internal financial audits, funds flow audits
-Reconciliations with acquirers and correspondence banks
-Close with IT on internal analytics upgrades
-Correspondence with the acquirers and financial partners, onboarding, reconciliation reports
-Setting up of local and international scheduled payments
-Correspondence with financial and legal departments of current financial providers, banks, settlement providers
-Work with database, fees, commission reconciliation
-Financial performance, payment channel conversion analytics
-Reporting and auditing on financial performance on new payment schemes in post-onboarding stages, description, cooperation with IT and financials
-Analytics of onboarding leads figures, cooperation with the risk team
-Internal analytics: analysis, improvements and delivery
-Setting tasks for the settings, commissions checks, audits of terminals, available solutions and payment methods for various categories of business
-Analysis of internal system commissions, and mark-ups according to market standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE IN YOU:
-Higher education in finance or accounting
-Experience with large datasets
-Advanced user of Excel spreadsheets
-English(main) + additional RU/UA languages
Optional, but it would be a plus:
-SQL Knowledge
-BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
-Experience with international audit companies
-Experience in fintech projects or IT product companies
