We are looking for experienced developers to join our internal project.
Our project is a support chatbot for Global EPAM. The goal of the project is to migrate EPAM-owned support products from a highly mature and customized Microfocus service manager (MFSM) platform to ServiceNow.

We create processes and products for unified people management all over EPAM.
Our mission is to build self-explained, integrated into day-to-day life, experiences to cover our employees from day one and give them everything to match their needs / find their place in life. Currently, there are around 20 programs in the group, and the number is growing.

• Extending and improving Service Catalog - create items with appropriate workflows
• Implementing design of a Service Portal - create a handy UI with tailored content right for user needs
• UI design and implementation - align the content of Task’s siblings (Change, Incident, Problem, etc)
• Extending core functionality by Script Includes, REST APIs, Business Rules
• Integration with 3rd party services
• CMDB management
• Knowledge Base management

• 5+ years experience of implementation of ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
• JS coding experience.
• Perfect understanding of ITIL and service approach.
• Able to effectively use provided resources (people, budget, etc.)
• Experience with Agile processes
• Ability to establish an effective development process
• Able to take responsibility for the team
• understanding of people's motivation.
• Understands how to coordinate and control the team.
• Excellent English (B2). Should be enough to build relations with a customer
• Knowledge of Project and Resource Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate English (B2+) should allow discussing complex concepts with customers and the team.
