Business analyst / Customer success manager Creatio

Full time remote analyst for new Creatio CRM implementations and support of existing customers.

HOW FLEXENTRIC HELPS CUSTOMERS?
• Introduce customer centric culture and digital solutions
• Together with customers co-create 100% tailored solutions for Marketing automation, Sales and Customer Service based on Creatio platform
• Develop integrations between Creaito and other IT solutions such as ERP, websites, telephony, etc.
• Design, improve and automate customer related and operational business processes

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Find out clients' business needs (personal sessions, scoping calls, analysing documentation from the customer etc.)
• Write project documentation (concept, technical design, use cases, testing protocols)
• Perform system customisation that does not require coding skills
• Test the developed solution
• Hold training sessions for system end users
• Support existing customers

HOW WILL YOU START?
• Guided learning of Creatio products and certification
• Practical assignments related to existing customers
• Involvement in the new implementation projects

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Self-organised person with a positive mindset
• Good team player
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Languages: fluent in English, additional foreign language would be an advantage
• Experience in IT projects
• Knowledge of industry models of business, sales, marketing and service processes
• Knowledge of data exchange technologies and understanding IT solutions architecture
• Experience with CRM software would be an advantage
