CRM/Live OPS Lead

Right now, you have a chance to get the position of CRM/LIve OPS Lead in our amazing team.

Your Role:
* Drafting a communication platform strategy for payers portfolio;
* Omni-channel marketing;
* Setting tasks for a copywriter, designer and layout designer;
* Working with the database: replenishment, segmentation;
* Analysis and reporting;
* Optimization of email marketing based on the results obtained;
* Own the Live Operations planning, clearly defining and setting up the in-product actions and promotions through the required tools
* Collaborate with the Casino Manager, Project manager, Product Owner to define the promotions and event strategy;
* Define the communication strategy: work with the Communication Designer and Product Designer on asset creation coordinate their localization and optimize their in-product display;
* Analyze, report and continuously aim to improve all in-product actions against targets;
* Benchmark and analyze CRM and Live ops best practices in the industry;
* Interaction with other departments for joint campaigns.


Experience required:
* 1+ Experience in iGaming industry;
* Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency of Excel/PowerPoint;
* Understanding the mechanics of chur, retention and return of users on the product;
* User segmentation, microsegmentation, profiling and migration monitoring;
* Working with analytics;
* Knowledge of email marketing;
* Understanding the main criteria for the effectiveness of email marketing;
* Basic knowledge of HTML;
* Creativity, independence, responsibility and the ability to work for the result;
* Lively interest and knowledge of trends and technologies of Internet marketing in general and email marketing in particular;
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field; Master is a plus;
* High English Level (B2-C1).
