Account Manager (Spanish)

Barbara Bang game studio is looking for an Account Manager (Spanish).

Barbara Bang is looking for a person who will be responsible for our business partners having a top-notch service and a great experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:

— Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners;

— Contacting clients regularly (phone, Skype, emails, face-to-face);

— Handling customer requests and problems, while providing immaculate service;

— Using statistics and reports to analyze client’s activity;

— Tracking the effectiveness of the product in accordance with the existing contracts;

— Updating and recording data in CRM.

Requirements:

— At least 2 years of commercial experience in iGaming or B2B product/IT companies in the

following positions: Account Manager, Support Engineer, Sales Specialist;

— Excellent communication skills;

— Proactive mindset;

— Strong organizational skills;

— High level of spoken and written Spanish. An additional language (Chinese) is an advantage but not essential;

— Willing to travel.
