Everstake is looking for an HR Manager, you will aim to ensure that the organization you work for employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and that training and development opportunities are available to colleagues to enhance their performance

The Daily

Lead and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding, including PIP, training, exit interviews, and turning feedback into actionable insights
Work closely with heads of departments, international clients, delivery and line managers on people-related matters
Develop and manage professional development plans for all employees (create a motivational strategy for efficient implementation of such plans, research on necessary resources for employee’s development)
Develop and manage RACI matrix for all employees and between their teams (considering professional development)
Create and manage employee’s interchangeability plan ( in case of termination/change of the team)
Organize and manage smart team buildings for different teams and departments (online only)
Coaching and facilitation

You would ideally have

You have 3+ years of proven working experience as an HR professional in Tech
You have a solid working knowledge of best practices in all HR functions including international recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, human resource information systems
You have a solid knowledge of different HR instruments (employee surveys, 360 feedback, one-to-one meetings, smart team-buildings)
You have a solid knowledge of HR Analytics ( turnover rate, employee satisfaction and motivation, training expenses per employer, engagement rate, workplace climate)
You have excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of leadership skills
You can work in a fast-paced environment
You thrive in unknown situations. You can apply logical reasoning, find solutions, and lead
You have B2/C1 English level
