The main task of the candidate is to be the representative of the customer's dedicated teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organizing and maximizing the effective work of every “subordered” person;
• Administrative, disciplinary, and organizational questions (workday schedule, planned vacations, sick leaves, lateness, etc);
• Onboarding, adaptation, coordination of the probation period, performance review, retention, offboarding;
• Motivation and professional growth of employees and caring about the development of the team's attitude and discipline;
• Gathering, organizing, reporting, and sharing feedback from customers, management and team;
• Participate in performance management and rewarding;
• Understanding projects involvement and tasks and assignments clearness and DOability to the resource;
• Knowing, managing, and propagating Company's values, principles, and work awareness in daily communications.

FEW WORDS ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• This person with a background of working as HR or as a People Partner, with an experience in effectively supporting the HR processes (Onboarding, Adaptation, Total Rewards, Offboarding). Experience in IT would be a plus but not required.
• People-oriented, challenge-oriented, results-oriented personality
• Perfect communication management skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
• Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
• Energetic + initiative + the tact sense at the same time
• Passion and caring
• Good communicative skills + good English, both spoken and writing Upper - Intermediate level at least)
• Experience of work with Gmail/Word/Excel, Drive
