UX Architect (offline)

Project Description:
A product suite in the oil&gas sector. A team of 20+ designers, working on various products of the suite.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX design and research on a complex project with a high-load interface.
- Develop the structure and flow of a digital solution through conducting research, interviews, and workshops, and then translating that information into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Work closely with Product Owners and subject-matter experts to collect requirements and manage expectations. Planning and conducting design workshops.
- Manage UX team work process, organize and coordinate activities. Develop and maintain UX roadmap.
- Develop and refine final results based on user's and products team's feedback.
- Strong focus on usability tests including cognitive walkthroughs of interactive prototypes.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Solid understanding of all design process stages, UX activities, and design methodologies.
- Ability to build and implement the design process, share and set up a user-centered mindset among product and development teams.
- Proved ability to organize the work across the design team, define goals and KPI’s for the team.
- Ability to effectively bridge UX methodologies with business objectives while constantly evangelizing user-centric product development.
- Practical experience in usability testing and UX audit.
