Team Lead (NodeJS, Angular) (offline)

Requirements

- 6+ years of industry experience in software development.
- 2+ years in leading a team of at least 3 team members
- B.S. Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in SAAS Production
- 3+ years in Node.js or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in MongoDB
- Experience in hiring senior developers

You will be set up for success if you also have

- Experience in Angular 11 / MongoDB / Elastic / Athena / BigQuery
- Experience in building a team from scratch
- Ability to mentor the team with an open mind and a “get-things-done” approach
- You are focused on the customer
- Cares about achieving stretch goals
- Delivers high-quality, innovative applications
- Has a sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Has good verbal and written communication
- Experience in agile environments with frequent deployments using CI/CD workflows
