We are happy to announce that Boosta is looking for a creative and proactive PR Manager to join our PR Division. Why are we happy? Because there are more and more great communication projects in our company, and we do not plan to stop. We have big plans and great ambitions to work with the company’s brand. This job is perfect for you if you are:
- proactive, cheerful, attentive, creative person;
- you know how to bring things to the end, and at the same time, you do not need to push at every step;
- you are not afraid to ask, to seek the information you need, and understand that a mistake is just an experience;
- you know English well;
- you know Ukrainian very, very well, and when you see gross errors in the text, you want to take a red marker and correct it right on the monitor;
- you can distinguish a high-quality article from complete slag from half a paragraph;
- you have warm contacts in the media or know how to quickly make them ”warm” (on your own or with the help of an agency);
- you can organize events;
- you are not afraid of new tasks, and if you have to figure out in a day how to connect sound equipment or how much it costs to bring an elephant from the zoo to the office for a day, you will do it.
It will be great if you have been working as a PR specialist for more than 2 years. Ideal – if you also did it in an IT company.
What you’ll do:
- prepare articles, professional columns, interviews and pitch them to media (mostly Ukrainian at the first stage, but with further possibility to explore international press);
- participate in the development of PR and brand strategies, a lot of storm and ideas generation;
- develop Boosta HR brand and promote our investment fund Burner;
sometimes write different texts;
- prepare promotion plans through different communication channels;
- organize our own events (from small congratulations within the company to events of the all-Ukrainian level) and participation in industry events;
- create such cool projects that your mother will definitely be proud of you.
You will become a part of the PR division of our HR team. Your opinion will be listened to and heard, and your personality will be respected.
