We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven experience in managing Scrum teams. The successful candidate has proven hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, software development processes. Technical background as a software engineer/architect will be a plus.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years management experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager of development team.

- Extensive experience in analyzing and clarifying functional and technical requirements.

- Extensive experience in writing project documentation.

- Project management experience: project phases, risk management & tracking, status reporting.

- Extensive experience of planning & estimations, high level and detailed estimations, roadmaps.

- Understanding and practical experience with Scrum framework, building cross-functional Agile teams.

- Deep understanding of modern Agile software development process.

- Good understanding of CI/CD, automated quality gates, different types of testing and validation.

- Basic knowledge of UX/UI process.

- Upper Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure quality of the planning, implementation and follow up of project activities.

- Track and manage project execution from initiation to delivery phase.

- Provide a high quality of the delivery level.

- Plan and effectively manage team’s workload.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage project changes, efforts and risks proactively.

- Analyze team performance,produce reports.

Nice to have:

Experience of working with scaled Agile frameworks: SAFe, LESS, Spotify

Experience managing projects with regulatory and compliance requirements

Experience with DeFi, BlockChain domain

Software development or automation testing background
