Senior Application Engineer (offline)

The role:
Support new product development, starting from a product idea to actual silicon implementation (e.g. product definition, new product/concept evaluation, etc.)
Perform physical silicon device verification, create automated test infrastructure using Python to control measurement equipment
Interface with customers and FAEs during their design-in and ramp phases to resolve application and device-related issues
Independently develop ideas to improve the silicon functionality and implement customer requirements
Interact with Design Engineering, Product Marketing Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Characterization Engineering, and Quality Engineering to support product development

What we are looking for:
University degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Knowledge of analog and digital electronic basics
Basic knowledge of LDO and DC-DC converter architectures is a plus
Experience in working with electronic measurement instruments
Experience in PCB layout/fabrication will be a plus
Programming skills in Python will be a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt and learn
Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Pre-Intermediate English level or higher
