The clients has the problem, that teachers are connecting directly with the students. To solve this they want to make the calls that are happening still over Telegram, but without the student and the teacher sharing their contact information.
The calls should get recorded and special words (when the teacher wants to steal the client) will be notificated to the CEOs.
The best would be if everything would be connected to a CRM, to keep easy track of the data.
