Office/Facility Administrator (offline)

This includes office space management, equipment and consumables. He/she is also providing timely and accurate reports on resources allocation and availability to management. This person will be integral part of administrative team that will ensure optimum day to day activities at our offices in Cairo
Responsibilities:
Assure all needed resources (except IT) for office daily operations - facilities management, furniture, stationaries, equipment tracking
Coordinates facility maintenance and repairs, being also part of planning team for office space further expansions
Assure perfect working environment and compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and laws.
Manage and be responsible for the purchasing of office related equipment and services, arrange maintenance when needed. Maintain relations with contractors, landlords, suppliers.
Participate in operations budget creation and execution
Receive delivery of equipment and services, track equipment by maintaining inventory
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on resources availability (including workplaces), make forecast of future requirements and costs
Handles other job-related responsibilities and tasks that are assigned by local managing director
Monitors and reviews implementation of health and safety standards to ensure law compliance and risk-free activities
Send/receive parcels/equipment
Assure proper workplace for visiting employees/trainers
Mandatory Skills Description:
Relevant level of office/facilities administration experience, University degree level or equivalent desired
Good command (B1 or higher) of English language, native Arabic (C level)
High competency using Microsoft Office, reporting tools (Cognos, OEBS, Tableau, Condeco experience is a plus).
Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency. Self-motivated, spontaneity, positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills, strong negotiating skills.
Tolerant and flexible to different situations, ability to work with people with various cultural background
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Driver license,
Cognos, OEBS, Tableau, Condeco experience
Health and Safety certifications/trainings
Any extra language knowledge is a plus
Past experience working in a multicultural/international environment
Languages:
Arabic: C2 Proficient English: A2 Elementary
