Business Development Manager (offline)
β Development of sales strategies;
β Follow established process and maintain all data in the CRM / ERP;
β Lead negotiations with prospective clients and coordinate pre-sales process;
β Search and grow prospective inbound and outbound clients, generate opportunities with them;
β Communication with the design / branding / web development department during the preparation of the commercial proposal;
β Have authority to close the deals and sign contracts with prospective clients;
β Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships;
β Client-oriented approach, the ability to understand clients needs;
β Monitor & improve the customer experience from each channel;
β Improvement of qualification process;
Expected experience:
β 2+ year sales experience in prospecting, developing and closing leads in web design and web development of award winning websites;
β Upper-intermidiate+ in English (both speaking and writing);
β Understanding of web development stages;
β Proven track record of delivering consistent positive business results;
β Experience in working with LinkedIn, email campaigns;
β Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
β Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
β Result-driven, self-motivated, organized, and hardworking;
β Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
β Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
β Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
β Understanding of marketing and IT trends will be a plus;
