Business Development Manager (offline)

What to do:
β€” Development of sales strategies;
β€” Follow established process and maintain all data in the CRM / ERP;
β€” Lead negotiations with prospective clients and coordinate pre-sales process;
β€” Search and grow prospective inbound and outbound clients, generate opportunities with them;
β€” Communication with the design / branding / web development department during the preparation of the commercial proposal;
β€” Have authority to close the deals and sign contracts with prospective clients;
β€” Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships;
β€” Client-oriented approach, the ability to understand clients needs;
β€” Monitor & improve the customer experience from each channel;
β€” Improvement of qualification process;

Expected experience:
β€” 2+ year sales experience in prospecting, developing and closing leads in web design and web development of award winning websites;
β€” Upper-intermidiate+ in English (both speaking and writing);
β€” Understanding of web development stages;
β€” Proven track record of delivering consistent positive business results;
β€” Experience in working with LinkedIn, email campaigns;
β€” Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
β€” Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
β€” Result-driven, self-motivated, organized, and hardworking;
β€” Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
β€” Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
β€” Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
β€” Understanding of marketing and IT trends will be a plus;
