React Developer (offline)

QIT Software is looking for React Developer to the project from Lithuania. It's online channel is a space where clients and member firms can exchange information, documents, data, reports, metrics, and updates in a secure, auditable environment, with the integrity and privacy of client data always preserved.

Hiring process: 1 - Pre-screen (up to 30 mins), 2 - English and soft skills check (up to 15 mins), 3 - Quick tech interview with developer (up to 30 mins), 4 - Test task (up to 1 hour), 5 - Interview with the end customer (up to 30 mins)

Must have:
- 4+ years of experience in Front-end development using React
- HTML5
- JavaScript ES6
- Experience in using React 17 (with hooks)
- Expert working knowledge of Typescript
- English proficiency (B2 and above, written and verbal)
- A team player, good communication skills

Bonus points for:
- SASS
- Ant-design component library
- SPFX framework (for building SharePoint widgets)
- Zeplin (for UX wireframes)

Tasks:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and make architectural decisions to ensure the quality of the product
- Optimizing code and applying good programming practices
- Implement features that meet business requirements while maintaining a healthy, sustainable, and reliable codebase
- Communicate opportunities for UX improvements, advocate customer needs, and define feature requests to our Product Management team
- Mentoring junior colleagues
- Participate in code reviews and work with the team to improve internal coding standards
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously learning and sharing knowledge to solve unique technical challenges
- Be disciplined and motivated, maintain responsibility for all development tasks


As a plus:
- Azure DevOps & Azure Cloud
- Experience in working according to Scrum
