Quantitative Modeler (offline)

Job Description
We are looking for a quant researcher to join our Datrics team. You will contribute to developing effective resource management to stabilize algorithmic stablecoin. For this role, we look for a passionate person about blockchain and cryptocurrency innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Quantitative Modeler, you will be focused on increasing the capital efficiency of the protocol. You’ll track and analyze the existing algorithms, adapting them given the specific features of DeFi, and back your models up with data. In addition, you will model and design future products that can be built on top of the protocol.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in quantitative financial analysis or data science
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, computer science, etc.)
- Practical experience in object-oriented programming
- Practical experience in financial modeling
- Practical experience in Python, SQL, R, and Matlab for statistical analysis and quantitative modeling
- Experience with trading applications
- Advanced knowledge in applying machine learning, data mining, and Monte - Carlo techniques for quantitative modeling
- Strong mathematical skills (calculus, including differential, integral and stochastic, linear algebra and differential equations, numerical linear algebra)
- Expert knowledge in probability and statistics, game theory, portfolio theory, and credit risk management

It would be an advantage
- Practical experience in C++Understanding the decentralized finance concept
- Equity and interest rate derivatives, including exotics
- Systematic and discretionary trading practices
