Outbound SDR/Sales Manager for IT industry $900-1500

Please note: we only consider candidates from Ukraine/Kyiv

SDR/Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a strong outbound channel for engaging new clients. Please note that this is not a Sale, not Researcher position.

A proven experience in remote communication (via Linkedin, email or customer support ) is a must.
Kyiv

Hybrid work (2 days per week required to be in the office)

At least 1+ year of sales/marketing experience in USA/Europe markets (not necessarily in IT)
Experience working at a digital company (IT outsource, support or marketing) or a leadgen company, for example, Cience.
Basic understanding of the software development industry.
Advanced level of written and upper-intermediate level of spoken English is a must. German language skills will be a plus.

Our company offers:
Junior SDR — base 500 USD + bonuses
Middle SDR — 1000 USD + bonuses
Senior SDR — 1500 USD + bonuses
