NEAR is a real competitor to Ethereum 2.0. The current Ethereum network can only support around 30 transactions per second, whereas NEAR can handle up to 100,000 transactions.
NEAR UA is a product lab that creates products for the NEAR Protocol ecosystem. Now we are looking for a Technical Recruiter. You will join the Team at the origin of its creation.
You have
- at least 3 years of experience in tech IT recruiting
- energy and desire to explore new things in recruitment/sourcing
- enough responsibility to own your tasks, prioritize them and manage your own time
- be mindful of all details, but tolerant to your and others' mistakes
- Upper-intermediate English level
You will
- own around 3-4 vacancies in analysis/data engineering/blockchain directions
- guide candidates through all stages, from a first message to offer/future cooperation
- provide the best candidateΚΌs experience
- work in ATS and maintain its base
- define a strategy for closing a vacancy
- co-establish recruitment processes in the company, every thought counts
