Senior Project Manager \ Business Analyst (offline)

Today PeopleForce team is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager \ Business Analyst with a strong background in the IT industry from 3+ years of experience in B2B\SaaS projects.

Responsibilities of this role are for liaising between business users across products and operations, to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with the product team. Our ideal candidate is with strong organizational and planning skills and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
We need a Project Manager\Business Analyst with passion, drive, and focus on joining our team, focusing on user experience. This position will require a unique blend of thinking strategically outside of the box combined with hands-on practice experience and excellent communication skills.

You may have the following duties:
- Develop project plans that identify resources;
- Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers;
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates, and interaction among team members;
- Manage deadlines and ensure the team is meeting them;
- Provide project-level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.);
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process;
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed;
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs;
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results;
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive);
- Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction;
- Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts;
- Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements;
- Know the company’s products and the value they provide to customers;
- Champion and support the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements:
- Must have experience working on B2B (SaaS) projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business;
- Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict management;
- Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills;
Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting;
- Understanding of Indices, fundamentals, analytical data, returns level data, etc.
- Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, and spreadsheets;
- English level - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced;
