β Development and updating of the system of motivation and retention of players
β Management, organization, and control of the work of VIP Managers
β Distribution of players by managers, determination of a personalized approach to players
β Professional development of the team (improving the quality of service for VIP Managers, upsell techniques, improving scripts, etc.)
β Description of the rules and processes of the department, subsequent optimization of processes
β Analytics of department
β Setting plans for the department (retention rate, avg gaming sessions, avg dep per VIP, QA)
Requirements
β Your English level must be advance
β Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
β Gathering and analyzing data to implement best campaigns to maintain and improve client's loyalty
β Having project management experience
β It would be best if you were people-oriented and socially minded.
