CPO in iGaming (offline)

We are a Ukrainian product company that has been developing in the global iGaming industry markets for 8 years. There are around 50 professionals in our team yet we maintain and greatly appreciate sincerity, lightness and lack of micromanagement.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a development strategy for all products of the company with a team of product managers;
- Setting clear product goals and tracking their performance;
- Creating a product culture where decision-making is based on data analysis;
- Monitoring the activities of competitors and finding new ideas to expand the product portfolio;
- Management of Product, CRM, Content, VIP and Analytics departments, improvement of processes between them;
- Hiring, mentoring and motivating junior product managers;
- Prioritizing backlog and communicating product development roadmap to teams;
- Forming hypotheses and validate product improvement ideas with A/B testing;
- Taking full responsibility for the business performance of the products.

Requirements:
- Experience as a product manager for at least 7 years;
- Experience in a leadership position for at least 4 years;
- Experience in the iGaming industry;
- Decision-making skills based on data analytics;
- Experience with PowerBI, Google Analytics;
- Ability to set priorities based on business goals;
- Knowledge of how to build strong product teams by inspiring, teaching and motivating them;
- Experience in providing and receiving feedback;
- High-level presentation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of marketing, deep understanding of the mechanisms of traffic and content.
