Middle UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:
- Experience working in a company or agency for at least 1.5 years or more
- Skill to initiate the project from a scratch, start with existing requirements or gather these on your own.
- Experienced with UX research and market analysis.
- Skilled with writing user stories or jobs to be done.
- Familiar with analytics: Google, Hotjar, Firebase, etc.
- Examples of designed Product Maps, User Flow, Site Maps and other schemas.
- Skilled with high-detailed interactive prototyping, desktop & mobile.
- You are a good communicator, on UX & other stages, with customers & developers.
- Able to argue the basis of your decision on your analysis, research, in front of a customer or internal project team.
- Went through the all project development cycle, multiple times, and was familiar with the hand-off process to UI designer.
- Figma, FigJam, Miro – etc. Component-based wireframes are a plus.
- English Intermediate or higher.

Expecting to see a portfolio demonstrating the above-listed requirements.
Good UI skill is a plus.


Responsibilities:
- Designing products with different levels of complexity, from 2 months to half a year.
- Applications, web apps, websites and custom solutions for start-ups.
- Design both from scratch and support existing products, product update by iterations.
- Dedicated product researchers and audits for customers.
