IT Recruiter

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and talented Recruiter, who will be responsible for interviewing and hiring great employees to our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
Knowledge of various recruiting tools, techniques and search channels
Successful experience in closing vacancies in a short-term period
Responsibility, result-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and reach deadlines
Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates
Intermediate English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, offer negotiations
Search, select, and headhunt the best talents for our growing team
Resumes and candidates pre-screening
Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews
Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain database of candidates for further opportunities
