We are growing and have an open position as a Team Leader with an Advanced level of English to join our Helpware team!

Responsibilities:
- Direct line management for Helpware with a size of 10 -15 agents.
- Manage Performance behavior through effective communication by doing regular team meetings,1-1 meetings, mentoring,, and coaching.
- Regularly review and analyze performance to drive effectiveness and address areas for opportunities on a weekly basis
- Ensure that agents have an understanding of the company’s/clients mission and vision and behavioral aspects that play a major role in their yearly performance evaluation/reviews.
- Oversee effective implementation of staffing plan and schedule adherence in accordance with business needs within Helpware stakeholders.
- Nurture a culture within the team that demonstrates alignment with leadership principles.
- Be able to tie company decisions and to leadership principles and tenets.
- Assist L&D Department/SME with updating materials, resources, creating lesson plans for training delivery.
- Review and analyze reports to provide areas of improvement with the help of data visualization.
- Know sales processes, namely have a decent understanding of lead generation, lead conversion, and sales CRM system constituents.
- Be ready to present an in-depth analysis of deal lost accounts providing an action plan of improving quota attainment and raising net retention scores.
- Share expertise and guide the Team on sales ethics and business communication.
- Review all updates and deliver them to the Team.
- Other related tasks assigned by Client's Manager' and/or Helpware.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience in sales with excellent experience in people and client management
- Experience in managing the processes and people
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment where changes may take place at any given time
- Ability to analyze data and use that data to drive decision making and implementation of effective solutions
- Proven ability to be a good team player, decision-maker and effectively handle complex situations
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and graciously handles it
- Must be a good collaborator and can exceed expectations
