Important skills to perform well:

- B2C/ B2B sales manager experience of 2 years or more;

- fluency in English;

- ability to identify customer needs;

- the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients;

- literate speech, excellent written and oral communication skills;

- desire to help clients, complete tasks at the highest level and make big profits.

Experience in real estate sales or legal consulting will be an advantage!

Main tasks:

- processing hot leads;

- analyzing the quality of requests and providing feedback for improvement;

- identifying customer needs and selecting appropriate services;

- daily productive work with the potential client;

- building a trustworthy relationship with clients;

- achievement of planned sales objectives (KPI fulfillment);

- tracking sales performance and performance reporting.
