As a member of the team, you will contribute to the different phases of the product development and experiment cycle, influence the monetization product roadmap, and leverage data to make business decisions to fuel growth, and deliver cost-effective solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Actively designing, developing features, and giving inputs to testing variants to validate hypotheses for Brainly mobile platforms to enhance the learning experience for our users
Solving complex challenges such as performance, scalability, and security
Collaborating with other software engineers to design scalable services, plan feature roll-out, and ensure high reliability and performance of your deliverables
Conducting code reviews, contributing high-quality documentation, and building robust test suites for your features
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
At least 4-5 years of professional experience with Swift and Objective-C
Strong understanding of the iOS SDK
Computer science fundamentals – data structures and design patterns
Communication skills to get things done with Data Analysts, UX researchers, Designers and QA Eng. — healthy experiments are a team effort and we understand that
Attention to detail from a QA standpoint — TBVBP (trust but verify before production)
Fluency in English (C1)
WHAT WILL BLOW OUR MINDS
Experience with monetization testing
Experience with experiment QA process
Experience in working on projects with large user-base — We’re at 300M monthly users at this point, that’s a playground for testing
Eagerness to create UI
Understanding of stages of experimentation cycle from hypothesis to analysis
Firebase testing framework (Remote Config, Notifications)
Firebase custom events and mobile analytics
