We are a product-oriented design and development team specializing in fintech solutions, SaaS platforms, and mobile app design. Right now we are looking for a Delivery Manager who will help us make projects work like a Swiss watch. If you like everything to go according to plan then join us.


Proposal stage:
- Gets details about the project from the Sales Manager
- ETA Sign-off
- Cover answers for clients about the development
- Manage proposal fixes

Kick-off stage:
- Defying the production team (from Design and Development departments)
- On-board the team to the project
- Active listening on the call and figuring out priorities and next production steps
- Managing follow-up messages and materials from both sides
- Managing recurring meetings setup for Design (by Design Lead) and Development (by Delivery Manager) departments or both (by Delivery Manager)

Discovery phase
- Attend meetings/workshops
- Creation risk plan
- Managing the roadmap update due to the Discovery phase deliverables

Production stage:
- Build and manage project Roadmap for production team (deadlines, manage ETA)
- Task Management for large projects in Jira or similar software (setup, update)
- Cover all client’s expectations by controlling the quality of deliverables
- Manage stakeholder’s reviews (prepare demo agenda and materials, facilitate the meeting, gather feedback from stakeholders, write meeting notes and follow-up, and provide the report of completed work to the client). Facilitation sprint planning meetings
- Tasks/Bugs prioritization for Development
- Filling inner reporting (workload + traffic light)
- Working with risks

Customer success:
- Control budget, approve invoices
- Create a monthly summary of completed work with the invoice
- Solve misunderstandings and other conflict situations that might occur during the working process with the client
- Constant communication with the client so every party involved understands how the project is doing

Building strong relationship with the client
- communicate with client on the calls with webcam at least 1 time per week
- write contact report and regular reports
- inform client about the status / problems / issues on the project
- advice client
- tell client about competitors / insights
- ask client about life / work
- inform client about team / client success

-Experience in a similar role for 3+ years;
-At least Upper-Intermediate English;
-Exceptional customer-facing skills;
-Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently;
-Expertise in people management and leadership;
-Strong organizational skills;
-Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills;
-Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
