What You Will Do:
- Resolving from basic to complex support issues for customers received on a live chat/emails;
- Ensuring customers' satisfaction with any interaction;
- Becoming a product expert and providing documentation updates to the knowledge base;
- Communicating with different teams within the company.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in customer service
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Windows Servers Windows OS 2012 to 2019
- Knowledge of work principles of desktops and laptops
- Knowledge of Windows 7 to 11
- Understanding of both VDI and Virtualization technology
- Understanding of Security concepts

Would Be a Plus:
- SSO configuration — Azure, G Suit and OKTA
- Knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of other foreign languages
- Technical background
